The appraisal comes in and again you go back to the FHA website and you log in the specifics about the appraisal.The rest of the process continues and the bank approves and funds the loan.

Seeing how I just finished my first cup of coffee and am already logged on says something about my most recent addiction.  

I have logged in every day and posted every day (at least I think I have, I've been travelling) and it still goes down.

This site just gives me a huge burst of energy everytime I log on or check my monitored topics.

Then call the lead company back up and complain to them that the leads they gave you were crap (if they were actually crap, and you can verify this by the meticulous conversation log you kept).

In Maryland, I actually have to check a contractors license status, keep a log of me checking it, before I can even refer a contractor to someone.

That's when the day-to-day accounting and transaction logging starts to become a job unto itself.

I logged in just now after not having been on in a couple of years (at least) and this is the first thread I see, the irony :-) .

I'm currently on a free trial for realeflow  the software and looks very promising  but it's so slow  and laggy it always freezes on me   that I end up  logging out and log back in again .
