It will be easier to handle the obstacles that come wit real estate and you won't have to worry about your daughter.

It is funny because people will weigh in from both sides, but my personal opinion from witnessing my family gain wealth is that never selling was their best option.

So, I saw that there was the name of a witness and the name for the person who had power of attorney.

As for the contract, try it, there's all kinds of half wits out there in the world who may bite.

ok guys had about 5-6 that called and said take me off your list and accused me of stalking I had about a 10% response rate but most are negative.

& am going to look at the property with her this afternoon.Earlier this week a jehovah witness was passing out flyers, & I was like since you're giving me a flyer let me give you my business card, as I work with a group of investors who buy houses for cash.

@Cody Barrett I had a very similar discussion with my lawyer a little while back and started wit one property in the LLC.
