Are Tiny Homes/Mobile homes subject to a 5 year depreciation schedule (personal property) from a depreciation perspective, or should they go over a 27.5 year schedule?

RV parks and tiny house communities have been cropping up all over the place.

I am just a tiny white girl and I need to feel safe" I replied "I rent to all races no preferential treatment if you have special requirement you should not apply here". 

I have never AirBnb'd a rental before, but I haf the idea to build an earth bag dome with a bamboo and palm frond roof tiny house and a few Tiki huts on my own land in FL and renting them out as nightly rentals.  

In the down turn you're not getting any equity out anyway so the ability to put 100% into your next asset actually insulates you in a down turn and can help you avoid the "death by a 1000 tiny cuts".The other thing you can do with sale and 1031 rather than a brrr strategy is quickly change sectors and geography. 

In Burlington you cannot buy a house today for less then 400k - and with that number you are buying a tiny overvalued junker.  

I think the hoarders are among the strangest of afflictions - floor to ceiling junk, with tiny pathways/ trails to come and go.

Any thoughts on getting into tiny home community development?

@Tomas BarriosHaving a local partner makes sense and is almost a necessity when you do property development but only a tiny minority of the people here would ever do that overseas.

We did an exchange on a tiny lot where the entire tax liability was less than $2000 but, as the client put it, "darn it that's my money".
