Rural Investor in Vermont

Good morning!

My partner and I recently moved back to Vermont and we are starting our real estate journey. Prior to this we RVd full-time. It was an incredible experience and we were able to gain some perspective on different regions around the country. If you have any RV questions don't hesitate to ask! We both ride adventure motorcycles so if you know any cool areas to ride definitely share those.

We are looking at some multi-family properties within Vermont, but the high cost of living and limited pockets of densely populated areas in the state may mean that we start investing at a distance. We are also considering RV parks, so if you have any experience with those I'd love to hear more.

I'm excited to connect with others that are in rural areas and learn how to apply a lot of the BP information at a distance.

-Matt
