I have been browsing the forums, reading the beginners guide and listening to the podcast religiously for about a week now.I am a registered nurse case manager, and I work for a small company handling workers compensation claims.

Browse the site, read the articles, see what other people have said about the differences in the two strategies and see which niche you think you'd best fit in. 

That's something I'm hoping the BP community can help me figure out, as I begin to browse the forums. 

I have already learned a lot from BP just from browsing the forums and articles, so I hope to learn lots more now that I will be actively participating!

I have used this service and find it to be a good product with a straight forward and intuitive interface.

Obviously you have a criteria but do you just browse and MLS and if you find something that looks tempting do you call the person who's number is attached and go from there?

There is a wealth of knowledge here on the BP site, and also browse through the past podcast episodes. 

Looks like FurnishedFinder licenses the Transunion technology, overlays their own interface and rebrands it.
