Hi all, Eric here. I'm a practicing pharmacist looking to increase my cash flow with real estate. I've been browsing this site and forum for a bit and finally decided to join in. I've learned a lot so far and am hoping to learn even more. At 29, I have one rental already but I am looking to pick up more.
