New To REI in Kansas City
Hey BP!
I am new to the site and new to real estate investing in Kansas City. I am anxious to get my feet wet and buy my first property. Anyone out there recommend starting with a flip, rental property, or just find the best deal and do what makes sense with it?
Besides education education education....what is the best piece of advice you could offer??
Thanks!
Caleb

I would recommend whatever works best for you. There's no correct answer. Be patient and identify a direction. Have criteria of what your deal must look like. Once you find it pull the trigger
