Hey BP! I am new to the site and new to real estate investing in Kansas City. I am anxious to get my feet wet and buy my first property. Anyone out there recommend starting with a flip, rental property, or just find the best deal and do what makes sense with it? Besides education education education....what is the best piece of advice you could offer?? Thanks! Caleb

Welcome!
I would recommend whatever works best for you. There's no correct answer. Be patient and identify a direction. Have criteria of what your deal must look like. Once you find it pull the trigger
