There will always be some amount of rentals needed for local people, teachers and such, but, in general, I think your renter pool is smaller.

Most small towns are always in need quality rentals I try to maintain my properties in better condition than the next guy so my typical tenants are teachers, law enforcement and the likeKeep in mind the typical granite countertops, stainless and expensive flooring is not required.

I'm still being more inspired than I am inspiring others, but I hope to continue to shift toward teacher over time as I learn... though I know I'll never stop learning. :)I used the same lender we used for our primary residence about 18 months ago.
