Gregory Downing presented a three day workshop that opened my eyes to Real Estate.

This was a step by step how to succeed in Real estate class. My jaw was on the floor. I signed up for the advanced classes. All the technics taught were true. I have used many of them since his class and as a result now make more per month than I ever did as a  school teacher. I specialize in mobile homes. I have rental property. I have rehabbed. I have bought properties using various methods in class. 

This guy has a heart of gold and wants nothing more than his students to be as successful as him and if they follow his action plans, they will be.
