Does The Search Feature Here Still Work?

No, this is not in the wrong form, but to the general questions posted.

I have been to boat sites, car sites, avaiation sites and others and I inquire about matters. One of the first things I learned getting on sites was how to search for forums I was interested in.

Seems RE is much different, what I see is hundreds of newbies, mostly young people (compared to me) who I'd think should know how to use a search feature, I guess it's more about the age group who wants or needs to be spoon feed without any effort.

I try to address uniques questions but I'm out of steam answering the same things over and over and over and over.

How do I buy a note?
How do I find a Money Partner?
How should a partnership split profits?
What is the 2%, 50% rule?
What is seller financing?
How do I value a property?
Do I need a license?

I could go on.....

Any other older members (not by age but by time being here) feel the pain?
I'm thinking I'm done answering what is already here. Instead I'll address topics where poor or incorrect inforamtion is given or perhaps more detailed and specific questions.

Asking questions on investing that are already here will likely get other newbies answering and the chance, IMO, of getting poor information is more likely.

Try the search feature first, research your question, narrow down your question to a specific area and you'll get better information and timely replies. :)
