I ask for thoughts on this paradox and  how do mls buyers overcome it to get cash flow or flip advantage?

I think managing from a far could be over come. 

Easier said than done, but nothing some old fashioned hustle can't overcome.

I don't know as much as the investors and the people who have actual experience on this subject but I can share how my mother and I plan to overcome this same issue.Our current house we live in is worth more than what we currently owe to the bank.

They, also, said alternative systems and any other modifications wouldn't overcome the severe conditions of the site.

So we built applications and use other software to help overcome the shortcomings in our main software.They all offer free month or so, I would do them 1 at a time.
