Hello from Southest TX. I started building my REI knowledge about 3 yrs ago. So I am familiar with the industry but have never done a deal. I hope to interact with great people who can give actionable tips on building buyers lists and overcoming the fear of attacking my first deal. Looking forward to the journey.
