Let me start by saying I have zero rentals (or deals ) under my belt . I am making this post because I am starting to lose interest in RE , all the reading all the forum searching all the courses is getting to me . Over the past 4 years I have consumed many books , spent countless hours on research and forum diving . Purchased courses and now I’m at a point where all I am

Seeing are these “deal rooms “ and even more courses . Ranging from $250 - 10K . I got sucked into this hyper focus purgatory of thinking this next course will get me closer to my goals when In reality more times then not I’m helping others reach there’s and am not moving the needle in my own life just giving up more time .

Due to this realization I’m putting the brakes on my journey and doing a full review of my goals .

What are others experience with this RE journey ? Where have you gotten stuck or experienced a plateau in your journey? How did you overcome it ?

Thanks for reading
