So we built applications and use other software to help overcome the shortcomings in our main software.They all offer free month or so, I would do them 1 at a time. 

How did you overcome it ?

Paying 30k to a guru may or may not help you overcome your analysis paralysis.  

What personal hurdles (mental, financial, or otherwise) did you overcome to close your first deal?

There are more complications I foresee versus SFR, but with some good planning, overcome-able.Does anyone do this?

They, also, said alternative systems and any other modifications wouldn't overcome the severe conditions of the site.

Bigger Pockets as shown me that that is simply a hurdle to overcome and not a reason to not pursue my financial goals.I haven't definitively mapped out my plan here, but am looking to starting out by house hacking/buy and hold rentals, but have an open mind to diversify my future portfolio becoming more comfortable.
