I found Keller Williams agent app able to pull all the listing from all the local broker.

The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller and the ABCs of Real Estate Investing by Ken McElroy are both must reads for real estate.

I was just like you a year ago, commuting 1-2 hrs on the 5 fwy and listening to a ton of audiobooks and podcasts (check out Gary Keller's Millionaire REI if you havent yet).Since then, im investing in 5 OOS rentals in KC and Indy and hoping close one in Little Rock next month.

I would start by reading "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor", by Gary Keller.

I'm licensed with Keller Williams, my office due's are at $100 a month, as a college student this is pretty hefty for me.

I also forgot to mention I'm currently reading "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" by Gary Keller via audible on my commute to my internship this summer.

I've heard once you get your real estate license you must wait 2 years until you can break off from a "Keller Williams" company and go on your own.
