@Andrew Syrios I think most of my tents are pretty good about taking care of the lawn but my Rental is in Raeford, NC which is very close to Fort Bragg so all of my tenants have been military and any lawn care issues tend to coincide with their deployment schedule.

As you stack the income coming off that property you can reinvest the capital which will build a lot faster than waiting to pay off your home, then deploying that capital.
