My wife is active duty going on deployment for a year, so we'll be making plenty of money, but in order to increase my chances of being approved for the loan what do I need to do, like what will the lender be looking for?

Hello, I’m active duty military deployed overseas and one of my guys has a significant problem.

@Andrew Syrios  I think most of my tents are pretty good about taking care of the lawn but my Rental is in Raeford, NC which is very close to Fort Bragg so all of my tenants have been military and any lawn care issues tend to coincide with their deployment schedule. 

I jumped straight from 12 years active duty, 6 years of those as a SF dude followed by 2 years deployed as a DoD contractor...RIGHT into investing full time.

She states she is married and her husband is deployed over seas.

The current modular housing deployment process is to buy modular housing as a complete product, have it delivered and set-up on an improved lot with an appropriate foundation.

Just stock trading with some of my bloated opportunity fund that normally earns pretty much nothing.I have some IRA capital I will deploy again into mutual funds at Dow 22500 if we get there.

@Tom SheehanWith any IRA, whether self-directed or otherwise, there is no mandate surrounding the deployment of the capital in the account.  

I'm currently deployed, but am coming home soon (mid-May) and will be looking into my local area for a good deal on a multi-family residence. 

As you stack the income coming off that property you can reinvest the capital which will build a lot faster than waiting to pay off your home, then deploying that capital.
