A lot of cool things going on in West Louisville!

Partially so I can buy some cool manufactured homes and place on site of a single family homes in single family zoning.

The biggest miss I see is some of them giving facts like you can get 1% rule and my investors are doing great...cool, who are there, show us the numbers, show the data.

Turns out, during construction, one of our vendors flushed something down the toilet, causing a clog, which led to the system overflowing and flooding the home.We ended up having to cut and replace drywall in multiple rooms and swap out the wet carpet, which will cost us around $10K.Mishaps like this will happen in Real Estate.
