The other options off the top of my head are Podio Tools, MailGun, or even changing the server settings on Globiflow to use your GMail account.

All others have worked out a decent ROI.Another reason why I stopped using this site, is back then I could bid for an auction, and could bid on any property in that auction slot.

Calendly.com is very good but only offers 12hr max time slots.

Never make open ended agreements.Count yourself lucky that they are not hosting a server farm for Bit Coin mining.Asking nice is the best start, expect them to say no, terminate the lease at the end of the rental period with lesson learned.
