Y'all kept this forum to marketing shenanigans. I could be way more helpful if I didn't have to fish to friggin bullpoopcrap messages that have NOTHING to do with marketing.
Why is there no moderation for this? Why even label and name the different sections of the forums when no one cares to use these labels?!
This literally provides no one any value and why even use Biggerpockets if it is a free for all?!
