Hey Noe, I work for a licensed investment brokerage that sources properties all over Middle Tennessee.

I’m in the middle of moving out of my rental home, and my landlord’s agent has been scheduling showings without much regard for any of my requests.

My thinking is that I can’t sell it now for its full value, given that it’s going to be in the middle of a construction site for most of the next year.

If I go the conventional route ,at the pace of my savings, I would be able to afford a property in that price range a little over a year later.
