Are there external buildings?

The Nine states with a true Series LLC statue are; Delaware, Iowa, Nevada, Utah, Illinois, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, and now Kansas (Yeppie :) Here is an interesting Article about NC recognizing legal internal/external structure from a Series LLC from NV: Sounds to me like one could hold assets in one the Mother I'll call "9" business friendly states, operate a series (or property) in NC, depending on how the operation is structurally performed end up under 9 or NC law in a landlord-tenant or flip limited liability suite, foreclosure, or charging order.

Do builders down there run plumbing out against the sheathing on external walls?  

They also offer external web forms to have VA's fill out without giving them complete access and it uploads the info into your CRM automatically. 

Like many owner/occupant investors Im trying to bid on cheap homes and foreclosures (cash buyer), and would like to find a Realtor who will help me handpick homes, and help to pursue the deals I make offers on, and maybe help to educate me about buying @ auctions if thats possible.

We also didn't have to deal with externals (landscaping, exterior painting, roof, etc).

Even my hand picked ones have a high level of late/defaults.

I'm using a wholesaler who is organizing all the repairs for me through an external contractor as I'm located offshore.This may be a stupid question but how do I check references on the contractor?

Because you'd likely be paying a GC more than this anyway, this arrangement is fair -- your employee gets paid, but the total cost of the rehab is reduced by not hiring an external GC.
