@Jason Hopkins,I think anyone has difficulties with vacant properties. 

I have had some difficulty finding suitable agents, so I would greatly appreciate any referrals you may have.

Often well priced land will have many interested buyers, and so I have difficulty getting even a few months in a contract for due diligence.

However, difficulties aside, you have to learn how to source cheap houses (I suggest off-market) and renovate.

All three areas attract different types of guests and have difficulty amounts of inventory.
