My name is Richelle Ross, and while I'm not entirely new to the industry, I have yet to close my first (real) deal. I hold a real estate broker's license, but I'm currently not active as I'm seeking a brokerage that is investor-friendly. Overcoming analysis paralysis has been a challenge for me, but I'm diligently working to find my niche and develop a solid strategy.

I'm eager to connect with fellow investors and learn from your experience. My ultimate goal is to invest in multi-family properties, but I've encountered difficulties in raising capital. As a result, I intend to begin wholesaling to generate funds that will eventually allow me to pursue long-term buy-and-hold investments.
