Some people have eating habits that are repulsive and serious hygiene problems where many people don't take showers or baths for weeks and bad body odors tend to make me sick where I can't get their odor out of my system.

This was not a hoarding situation; however, the scent of bad hygiene gained strength in recent years.

we used  her name to secure the loan and her  credit ,she is a dental hygienist so we used her pay ,she got approved for 400k and I basically just brought the 20% down payment and  the experience . it’s now been a little over 6 months we recently just got approved again for about 400k for a mortgage and we are contemplating to complete a house hack using the 3.5 leverage being that 20% down payment took a hit on my cash reserves 3.5 sounds more capable for us right now .

COVID is not very communicable on surfaces, so proper hygiene and sanitization of the bathroom should take care of risk of transmission there.

It's like trusting your dentist to do your dental work, your plumber to do your plumbing work, and your attorney to handle your legal issues, etc.There are pros and cons to doing either or both, it's just really dependent upon your personal preference.

There's a small medical/dental business on the lower floor (~2k sq ft) and an upper floor (1k sq ft) that sits empty.
