Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $290,000

My first House-Hack. Got in with $0. Seller paid closing. This one was a room by room rental. My wife and I had the master upstairs. Rented out 3 rooms down stairs for $600 each covering the mortgage. I paid all utilities. Focused on dental student housing.
