Long Term Tenants: Sanitation Concerns

The unit has a very strong scent / odor that's been present and steadily becoming worse as more time passes.  I've decided that professional cleaning is the path forward and have been seeking bids that specialize in cleaning after a hoarding situation. This was not a hoarding situation; however, the scent of bad hygiene gained strength in recent years.  Restoring this unit is not impossible, but it is definitely going to require some resources. If there are some tips, and stories out there of how to breathe new life into this unit kindly share.
