Personally, I have always found myself captivated by entrepreneurship and the lifestyle it brings long term.

The only category where no one has signed a "captive vendor" agreement with one particular lender, they can broker without restriction or needing to ask a manager permission.

@Kristina ModaresI worked in insurance for years and I would recommend that you choose a successful insurance brokerage versus a captive agent who is subject to one set of policies and requirements.  

I may stay in my industry as I invest in buy and holds, but then again the idea of immersing myself in the industry is captivating.

And even if it were adult women, they are still being taken advantage of because of their financial situation and exploited.In many areas of the country there are beautiful houses in high end subdivisions, and inside their walls are women and children being held captive and used as prostitutes.

No money down, and likely receiving more rounded information than is provided within the "captive audience" Seminars. 

With the movies at least you know you have a captive audience.

@Jonathan Gregori You should always get quotes from a few different sources, including a good brokerage and a few of captive agencies (brands like Allstate, State Farm, etc.)
