Hi there everyone!

I recently stumbled on to real estate investing a few months ago and have been absolutely captivated by it ever since. I now start every morning on my drive to school with one of the amazing BP podcasts. Brandon and Josh constantly drop knowledge harder than Ice Cube drops the mic. 

This place is the online nirvana of real estate investing. I look forward to learning much MUCH more and investing in my first property post graduation!
