Creative Advertising Ideas

Reading a marketing book. Brainstorming different marketing ideas. Would like to start this thread to list some creative ideas.

Has anyone ever done advertising of rental vacancies or RE for sale in theaters before movies? Seems like a good match to me. You know the customer has some money, you can pick the movie to advertise in front of, very targeted audience. Any experience?

I've talked to a wholesaler that says he has been contacted by multiple sellers just from some of the T-shirts he has printed up. He wears them everywhere.

When it comes to advertising your rentals, it seems to me like the movie theater idea would only be good if you owned a lot of units, like apartment buildings.
