Out in central mass retail cost for a house is about $7500 up to 12000for the big old Victorians

It's a very old victorian.

You can have beautiful old Victorian construction, one block away from the hood.

It has been a passion of mine to renovate and restore the Victorian style houses that are a big part of the history of my home town.Any advice to get started as a fix and flip investor would be greatly appreciated!

half of the mid west the replacement costs of the buildings from SFR to commercial etc exceed the market values.. just think of those 3k sq ft 100 year old Victorians selling for under 100k you could not build one for less than 300k.. you will see that when you go to insure them..
