Getting started in fix and flip investment

Good morning,

I am hoping some of you might be able to provide some guidance to the best methods of obtaining funding to get started investing in fix and flip properties.  It has been a passion of mine to renovate and restore the Victorian style houses that are a big part of the history of my home town.

Any advice to get started as a fix and flip investor would be greatly appreciated!
