Oil heat Vs. Electric heat for rehabs
I'm looking at an older Victorian foreclosure, the heat is oil. The radiators may have popped and the plumbing could be an issue. What would be the best course of action? Repairing the old system or just replacing with electrical baseboard and tankless water heaters?
