Looking for a structural engineer in Columbus, GA.

I've been searching for rental properties in Columbus for months, but I've noticed that it's extremely difficult to find a property that's profitable with high interest rates and already significantly increased property prices.

I’m expanding my fix & flip operations to Columbus, and I’m looking to build a solid team.

I would invest in the Columbus, Ohio.

I have cash I want to invest in for a duplex in Ohio around Columbus but am unsure if I should do that while I am under or wait until I can be profitable on my current place?

I included Detroit, Columbus, Cleveland, and St Louis.Where would you rather put your money?
