I have visited a few times and I Really like the SW SE of Cape Coral, but  would anyone happen to know since experience with this past hurricane where houses didn't flood as much and the areas where the houses didn't get hit so hard?

If you are lucky, you can avoid the SE tax if you call this short term capital gains.The dealer status is by property, so it doesn't sink your other holdings.

As noted, some things don't have a direct ROI, per se, but are rather maintenance items that need done.  

Some private companies have tried to create MLS in other countries (like HipFlat in Thailand and Dot Property Group in some SE Asian Countries, Cabo has somewhat of MLS system thru Point2 I believe, but all not quite like here. 

It's based on the facts and circumstances.Being in the trade or business of rental real estate generally does not subject the rental taxable income to SE taxes...  

The SE will tell you if it is load bearing.

I am not sure if their lawyer if free per se, but what I do know is that he works as an adjunct professor at a state university and I am considering  making public his statements of death threats and illegal marijuana farm being "nothing" .

This is incredibly dangerous for our entire industry.I see the slant and he highlights the really extreme examples but its not inaccurate per se.
