Hi, 

I've been on BP for almost a year now, much of the time just for educational purposes. I'd like to get more connected with some fellow investors from the Lakeland, Florida area. My husband, Joe and I are doing fix and flips for now. Hope to be acquiring some buy and hold properties next year.  We have done the rehabs ourselves so far but are currently looking for GCs, Handyman.  Interested in networking opportunities also. So much to learn and so little time - might as well hang out with the experts!

I buy a ton of properties in Lakeland. One of the hottest markets in Central Florida
