We love Iowa, and I am thinking about trying to fit in RAGBRAI this year as I also love riding my bicycle (a little bit difficult here in the desert, but not impossible).We are thoroughly enjoying our international lifestyle, but we are without the major benefits that come with being a public school teacher in the United States.

I'm still being more inspired than I am inspiring others, but I hope to continue to shift toward teacher over time as I learn... though I know I'll never stop learning. :)I used the same lender we used for our primary residence about 18 months ago.

Value your time, even if your teachers and the education system as a whole doesn't.

Testament to the amount of information needed to know for the exam (if you take it seriously) but also testament to a great teacher.

Forgive my rant, but..... the basic stuff is already here, just trying to get some to put forth a little effort and be more specific to any unique situation.I encourage discussion as well, "there are no stupid questions either, lazy maybe but not stupid", had a teacher tell me that loooong ago. :)

The teacher suggested i should find a niche, eg) seniors, sfr, condos etc., and im deciding specialising in investments for sfr, condos, etc.

My current tenants are teachers, police, nurses, military. 

Then seek out the top teachers in the given type and attend their seminars, podcasts, webinars etc.
