Hello, I am looking for advise if this deal looks solid4BD, 1 bath 1500 sq ft house, new metal roof on house and garage, house needs updating, around 5-7k in updates.

I agree with @Linda Weygant , if they've met all your acceptance requirements and been approved you may have an issue with rejecting them.

I met all of those goals.

Account Closed   I was just in Chicago  NIce balmy 0 degree's but you should see what they do to secure homes that are being renovated or have gone vacant.. its called a Dawg system.. you can probably google it.. but its metal doors and window guards that cannot be removed unless you have a jaws of life type of apparatus. 

It's got a metal roof that looks like it needs to be powerwashed and painted.

She is saving what looks to be total trash, furniture that has sat out in the rain for more than a year, scrap metal...crazy.

If they were made of metal. you could at least get a scrap dealer to come get it.

A friend used Google on Aerial Photos, and it shown a red roof but when he drove by it had a metal roof so what good is Google if they don't know the different between a red roof and a metal roof it makes me wonder why everyone trusts Google.

They take into account factors such as type of construction (wood, brick, metal, etc), square footage, number of stories, number of bathrooms & kitchens, level of finish (basic, custom, etc.) ....
