I'm an agent and investor in the Tampa Bay market that buys property and then sells them to rehabbers.I have watched rehabber after rehabber turn down great opportunities simply because they don't understand our market, and insist on some irrelevant formula they learned in a course or used maybe even used successfully years ago.
