Vacation 1week Rental: Short form Lease or Long Form

I have a vacation rental that I usually rent out in the summer for $ 3000/week. I used to use a Realtor but now just starting out using VRBR; HomeAway and other Internet sites to rent it as my Realtor didn't do the job I was looking for and I am getting a lot more inquiries using these Internet sites. Anyway I just had a good potential renter but I seemed to scare them away with my 16 page normal lease that I use for my year round rentals. Once they saw the lease they ran away. This long lease is solid with many years of making it the best possible. My question is for only a 1 week rental should I pare this down to a simple 2 page rental lease like many others do as I get all the rent up front and many items don't necessarily apply ? I don't want to freak people out if they only stay for 1 week. Should I keep my iron clad 16 page lease that has worked really well in the past or make it simple for a 1 week rental ? Thoughts ?
