tenants got robbed
My new tenants moved in a week ago , got robbed yesterday, in the middle of the afternoon and nobody seen anybody . police were called but couldnt lift any prints.
No renters insurance had been taken out by the tenants , My insurance I believe is just for fire and destruction from the tenants destroying the property. a few electronic were taken probably less than a $1000.00 in value.
My question is , What would you do, or not do ,as a landlord ? I feel somewhat responsible because its my house their renting.
