Hi Amanda,If you'd care to listen to it, I payed out my entire direct mail strategy in a pod cast here on BP a few weeks ago.

The doom of bad things to come coupled with the fact that they happen to be being hit hard by Realtors, Loan Mod Attorneys, Investors and some Lenders.You'll also see down cycles due to local propaganda brought on by New Stories or National Advertisers.The key is consistency.

I keep hearing on the pod cast that direct mail is the way to go, If I could just get 1 deal that would change my mind.

The pod casts have taught me so much.

However not much is mentioned about how to handle the leads when you get them or HOW to CLOSE a deal.A great closer will out perform someone with superior knowledge in most case's.Would you consider signing up for course's on how to SELL and the ART of the deal etc etc.I listed to a bit of Michael Q 's pod cast and read some feedback and many thought his methods techniques were to aggressive for lack of better words..

I have only listen to one PD pod cast and it was the owner of Yellow letters Michael Quarles he is a pro's pro when it comes to sales technique and closing the deal ..
