Marketing as Individual Investor
In a targeting market campaign, is it more favorable to be presented in your marketing documents as a company (e.g. LLC, Corp, etc.) or is it acceptable to present yourself as just an individual investor by your name. I do not operate as an LLC or Corp currently but I am interested in target marketing to sellers. Does it make a difference to motivated Sellers? I am not a wholesaler. I am looking to purchase (buy and hold).

To truly motivated sellers it doesn't make a difference.
To less than highly motivated sellers but still potential deals, I think the personal approach is probably as good or better than the big company approach.
