If you are interested in flipping ,buy and hold or selling real estate their is a book on each subject which will give you a path to follow to help your investing career, order those books asap.Second start listening to podcasts some great ones to listen too are:Bp PodcastKeith Weinhold get Rich EducationCreating Wealth With Jason HartmanLifetime Cashflow with Rod KhliefOnce you have listened to several weeks of those podcasts you will be very well educated and make less mistakes then the average newbie.

But something to keep in mind as this crisis spins out of control.

There are so many people who know so much about real estate on the forums it will make your head spin! 

Spin it into more properties? 

Wells will spin the file off to a iron hand servicer who is going to watch.You cannot get insurance coverage.

If it's not worth the price, there is no reason to spin ( yes spin not spend) time on it. 

The world is your oyster but until you narrow down your goals and where you want to invest, I believe you will just spin your wheels.

I would like to offer a little different spin on this and say that if you put the right team in place you can definitely find a lot of turn key opportunities without necessarily going with a turn key company.
