@Chris Clothier  I have done the reverse math 7 times on Morris threads exactly as you pointed out.and you still get folks saying hey I am thinking of buying a Morris house.Con artist is a good way to put it.. and credit to BP for taking down their pod cast.the reality is most of the Morris homes after a time will revert to the mean..

I started listening to the pod cast even though I started to get in this 2018, I’m listing to the pod cast from the beginning (2013) I’m almost out of it and will we listening to the 2014 cast) here soon.I work construction, not only am I reading, listening and learning while working, I’m also getting close to people from the investing world and construction world.

if there was a loan mod those papers should also be filed with public records.

I have gotten a lot of good info from Bigger Pockets and love the pod cast

You will find resources here from blogs to pod casts and forums.

I've got nothing against reading books, listening to pod casts, attending Meetups, and REIAs, etc but you learn by doing, and you learn faster by somebody showing you what to do.
