Its not so much "how" you should do flips/rehabs in some neighborhood, but rather should you even do them to begin with or just salvage what's left.And if you go 5 blocks west - its rose gardens in every front yard with "We Call Police" signs in the windows.

We just put a beautiful house in Garden Grove on the market on Friday and today received an offer from a local buying agent with a well known firm that he would like to hold open houses for us Friday, Saturday and Sunday this weekend in order to get a buyer and earn the 2.5% commission we're offering and that on top of that he will throw us an extra $500 for allowing him to do this.
