Sandwich Leasing: What to say to Motivated Seller
How do you explain to the seller why a lease option would benefit them and why they should allow you to sublease, do you be upfront with them and tell them you are going to sandwich lease. I understand how to get a Sandwich lease going when the seller needs to get rid of the house asap for work, family, etc, but what about when the seller is just having trouble renting a property.
