I have TCL Roku TVs in all three of my rentals - dead simple SmartTV interface, good picture, and dirt cheap.  

Looking for a new job (same career field) might be a good option, but if your job now affords you time in front of a computer and isn't crazy... you could use that to browse MLS....For the record, I tell you this as someone who found the time to invest while working full time and being a full time grad student (even learned and executed a 1031 AND invested out of state), then school got done and now I have a kid to raise... challenging yes, impossible hardly.

When it comes down to it, people like to interface with other people in this industry. 

I also would say that the user interface on the property manager side is very clunky.  

Have I mentioned that I hate the new BP user interface?

I browsed their website, mostly looking at their Interior Concrete Coatings, and am amazed at the variety of products.

I sent myself an invoice and paid it so that I could walk my tenants through the process if needed, and the interface is pretty easy to use and self explanatory.My other issue with the new set up is we no longer have the ability to have a "Pay me" button through Intuit on our website.  

Again, strange and not really a 'smart' interface.
