As @Joe Splitrock points out, they'll have to disclose to any buyer in the future so that proverbial cat is out of the bag.

From the information in the groups I follow and the comments made, few people actually find a "deal" that is "acceptable" to them as buyers.They are using the group as "bird dogs", instead of teaching people how to find deals and close and maintain deals for themselves.I liken them to teaching people how to go scavenge for wheat droppings in a field, work hard & bag it up, bring it to the feudal lord and the feudal lord will give you a half handful of the bag of wheat.
