I just wanted to hear from some investors in my neck of the woods!  Anybody doing anything awesome? I'm frustrated, but trying to keep positive and thought it might help to hear from people killing it right now.  :-)

I'll play!

I just presented a 28 unit apartment building wholesale deal to my private money lenders and with their partnership we are going to purchase contract this week with a closing date of February or March next year. It's technically my first deal that I've taken to contract so I can't lie, I am very excited! This deal came from the direct mail campaign I sent to Duval County Multifamily property owners back in March.

Do not get discouraged! Just keep pushing. Give yourself no other option but to succeed. Bulldoze through the barriers that come up. I promise you will see success if you stay dedicated to the goals you've set. Good luck Kandi Alston !
