Hi Jonathan,You have 7 days in a week - 24 hours in a day .Every other week, pick 2 days and drink a lot of coffee and FOCUS and do what needs to be done for 3 hours, then call it quits (unless something pops up that needs to be handled right now).

Sarah, I believe the BP meetings you are speaking about are the ones when Josh came into town and a few of us would meet for drinks or at In and Out Burger.None are scheduled for anytime soon, however, we certainly can do one again.I belong to a great RE investor club that meets in Culver City every 2nd Thursday of the month and many BP members go there.
